My husband and I happened upon Jodi by accident. She happened to the realtor for an open house we saw and decided to go to. We loved the house, and she was very knowledgeable both of the house's history and of the community. When we decided to buy, we hadn't yet put our current home on the market. Jodi facilitated the whole thing, selling our place, and making the sale of the home we were buying contingent on its sale. My husband and I both work crazy hours and are always on the run. Jodi made it super easy and took it all on herself. We barely had to do anything, and she had our house sold within a week of it being on the market. Another perk - she did almost everything electronically/through text, etc. As I said, my husband and I are both very busy, so this was extremely helpful. We never worried/got stressed once with Jodi. Our story is probably not typical. We moved here from out of state into a rental so we could land and look. Jodi took us house hunting within a month of our arrival. She had a wealth of information about the area which was so helpful to us as newcomers. At that point, our situation changed and we decided not to purchase a home. Several months later we thought we were going to have to move, so Jodi took us out house hunting a second time. We really appreciated her insight into the rental market and what we could reasonably expect. We didn't end up moving at that point. I was referred to Jodi by a friend, and I couldn't be happier with the way the process went. I was a full time working mother that had crazy work hours, I had the type of house I wanted in mind and the amount that I could afford set. Jodi was so flexible with her schedule to meet with me and she was able have all the resouses I would need for the project of purchasing my first house. The first day we went looking at houses, she had mapped out 5 houses, all of them had a lot of potential, but the last house we saw that day was the very perfect ready too be into house, it wa perfect.
