Jodi Cook

Jodi Cook came to Corcoran with experience as an independent real estate broker. She has extensive experience in residential property management and development. Jodi previously managed buildings in Manhattan and Brooklyn and was Project Manager for a Manhattan-based development firm where she oversaw the renovations of brownstones and other residential properties.

Her extensive market knowledge as both a native New Yorker and a dedicated real estate professional is complemented by her positive attitude, honest approach, and focus on fulfilling her clients’ needs. Jodi grew up in Kensington, Brooklyn. She lived in Park Slope for 12 years and returned to Kensington where she purchased her co-op. Jodi serves as the vice president on the board of her building. She knows and loves her city and enjoys guiding her clients to the right homes and neighborhoods.

As the owner of several properties, in Brooklyn, Pennsylvania, Las Vegas, and Upstate New York, Jodi understands real estate from both personal and investment perspectives. She looks forward to making her clients’ real estate experience enlightening, pleasant, and everything they hope it to be.

When not busy working, Jodi loves spending time with her family. She regularly volunteers at her children’s school and with other local community organizations. “I like to approach each day as a new opportunity to leave a positive mark on the world.”

Jodi studied Construction Management at the New York City College of Technology and has a degree in Tourism and Hospitality. She is passionate about travel and has done so extensively around the world. Her hobbies include hiking, backpacking, gardening, and cooking.
