Jodi Dynes

Cheerful, reliable, disciplined, and a woman with a quick laugh to share is how many would describe Jodi Dynes. After a successful career as an event planner, property manager, and bookkeeper for more than 25 years, Jodi embraced her love of human interaction and service for others and made the transition into real estate in 2013. She has been with the Brown McMillen family for the entirety of her real estate career where her hard work and commitment have been celebrated and nurtured.

“I love helping a family or individual find their perfect home and watching their excitement and joy when their dream becomes a reality,” added Jodi. “Handing those keys over is the absolute best feeling!”

Skagit Valley is where Jodi has called home her entire life; it is where four generations of family before her called home and where her children still reside. She has watched her community expand over the years and witnessed how, even after all the changes in scenery and industry, there is still a tightness to the community that makes it feel small-knit – something she loves. Sharing that appreciation for and understanding of the Valley is something that comes easy to her and is felt deeply by her clients.

When Jodi isn’t making home buying dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening, reading, surrounding herself with family and friends, and making her house a home.
