Jodi Harstine is an Army veteran, licensed real estate broker, and the founder of Harstine Homes, brokered by eXp Realty. She helps buyers and sellers throughout Savannah and Coastal Georgia, as well as Bluffton, Beaufort, Hardeeville, Hilton Head Island, and surrounding South Carolina Lowcountry communities.
As both a veteran and the wife of a retired Army service member, Jodi understands the challenges military families face when relocating, buying with a VA loan, or selling a home under PCS deadlines. She serves clients connected to Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, MCAS Beaufort, Parris Island, and the Beaufort Naval Hospital.
Before entering residential real estate, Jodi built an extensive career managing homeowners’ associations and condominium communities. That experience gives her valuable insight into association documents, budgets, restrictions, property maintenance, and the questions buyers and sellers should ask when a home is located within an HOA or condominium community.
Jodi also works closely with homeowners preparing to sell, families managing inherited or estate property, and clients relocating into or out of the Coastal Georgia and South Carolina Lowcountry area.
