About Jodi
Most of Jodi's transactions will not show up on Zillow, or on MLS because much of what she does is done off market, or not residential MLS (which is what Zillow shows).
Prior to Real Estate, Jodi was a Software Executive and transitioned into real estate in the early 2000's after flipping her first house for a profit. From 2002-2007 she built and ran a national real estate distressed portfolio of over 340 million in property under her management.
Real Estate is her passion. She loves the people she meets in this business. Every day is different. She has run a private real estate brokerage for 14 years and owned a RE-MAX franchise for three. She has 20 years of experience rehabbing properties completing many different projects and built several houses.
During Jodi's tenure in real estate, she has worked on Brownfield's redevelopments, contaminated properties, structurally unsound, land developments, 55+ projects, commercial leasing and sales, traditional perking and permitting land, to buying and selling many homes. She has participated and attended numerous town meetings, and has worked with building inspectors, lenders, and more. She was exclusively contracted by the largest Solar developer in Massachusetts to broker over twenty successful large projects across the state, and most recently she is finding sites for a national solar company creating a solar commodity for green power.
Jodi understands sales, negotiation, and how to market, and most importantly customer service. Unlike most agents, her work is not limited to one type of sale or only what can be seen on the MLS. She does business the way she wishes to be treated. All her clients will all say, despite her experience, whether it is a $70,000 piece of land or a $3,000,000 waterfront property, Jodi responds immediately and treats each client as her most important.
