About Jodi

Jodi Lemkemann has been a full-time REALTOR® since 1993 and is in the RE/MAX HALL of FAME. She specializes in residential properties, new construction, relocation, and income properties. In addition to being a Residential Broker, she also has her Managing Broker license. Jodi has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®), Senior Residential Specialist (SRES®), and Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE®) designations. She has served on countless policy-forming committees for the Peoria Area Association of Realtors. Jodi has a B.S. degree in Education from Illinois State University.

With an extraordinarily diverse background in real estate, Jodi is happy to share her expertise with discerning clients. Jodi’s husband, Joel Lemkemann, has been building and remodeling homes since 1973, and is President of Bayshore Builders, Inc., a Central Illinois residential construction company. He also does septic evaluations and installs or repairs septic systems. Their oldest son, Derek, owns and operates an excavation company, and he also mitigates homes with Radon.

Jodi and Joel love spending time with their children and grandchildren. Jodi has been passionately involved with horses since her childhood. She enjoys competing in the equestrian sport Dressage with her KWPN Dutch Warmblood Frazier.

Jodi has been my realtor for both buying and selling a home. She was great on both ends, especially the selling process as it turned out to be much muddier than anticipated but she always kept me informed and made it stress free. I wouldn't use any other realtor and I recommend her whole-heartedly.

In September 2020, Jodi Lemkemann facilitated our move from our old home by Bradley University, to our lovely dream home in Peoria. Two previous realtors told us we probably wouldn't be able to sell our house during the Pandemic, but Jodi used her tenacity and gentle approach to get it SOLD!
