About Jodi

As managing broker of Cinnamon Shore Realty, I’m passionate about leading our sales and marketing team and connecting families with coastal property. I’m a true believer in Cinnamon Shore?Texas’ first New Urban community where I also made my home many years ago. Our friendly, walkable, Gulf-side village is the special village that I’ve had the opportunity to help guide through its phenomenal growth.

Guardian of our brand, I was gratified to see incredible sales numbers over the past 5 years. In the years dominated by the pandemic we saw a tremendous sales volume year after year. Cinnamon Shore North welcomes an expansion nearby, Cinnamon Shore South, and with bayside and marina phases on the horizon, our seaside village is proving its strength in the state’s luxury, coastal real estate market as Texans look for vacation properties closer to home.

I enjoy collaborating with our developer and architects, designers and builders--the whole process of bringing a concept to life. In over 16 years, what we’ve achieved at Cinnamon Shore has drawn more people to the beloved beach town of Port Aransas, and it’s helping transform Mustang Island. I saw potential from the start back in 2006 with our feeder markets easy drive-times, and that potential still exists today! 16 years later, we're expanding all we've created at our quaint beach community, and continue to enjoy our long-time collaboration with our developer, Sea Oats Group. Together we maintain an unflagging belief in a better way to do coastal development in Texas.

Today, I’m fortunate to work in all aspects of the real estate business that I enjoy—from vision casting and team building to executing brand strategy. I’m also passionate about helping educate the Coastal Bend and Texas at large about how New Urban principles add value. I'm working to expand our network to more top-tier design and building professionals so Cinnamon Shore maintains its edge, continuing to draw Texas families looking for the perfect community to gather with loved ones and friends at the beach.
