We had an incredible experience working with Jodie! From the very beginning, she was direct and clear about what we needed to do to get our house ready for the market. The staging instructions/tips she shared were absolutely perfect, making our home look its best. What really impressed us was her sense of timing and strategy—before we even held an open house, we had an offer, and soon after, we were receiving multiple offers! She also helped us buy our new home at the same time.

Throughout the entire process, Jodie went above and beyond. She kept us constantly informed, was always in contact, and communicated everything clearly. Any time we had questions or needed information, she was quick to find the answers or meet up with us. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would highly recommend Jodie to anyone looking to sell their home. She made what is a very stressful process feel much easier!

We were relocating due to a new job. Jodie, from the beginning of the process, was amazing to work with. She ALWAYS went above and beyond to make sure the process was as smooth as possible. She advertised our home quickly, did multiple open houses, and when there were hiccups in the process, she was very timely in communicating with us to come up with a resolution. If you are buying or selling a home you MUST give Jodie a call. You will not regret it.

Jodie was amazing to work with from the first day we met her. She came prepared to our initial conversation with comps for other houses in our area, she was confident in her abilities, she provided clear instructions for what we’d need to do to the house in order to be successful, she was patient in navigating around the needs of our dogs, and she 100% delivered on everything we hoped to achieve in selling our house. She coordinated the open house for a weekend that we’d be gone, helped us successfully navigate the full-price offer that we received, and provided effective advice through the entire process. She was amazing.

What an amazing realtor Jodie has been. Due to relocation, I had to place my beautiful home on the market last summer. Jodie was diligent, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and did everything in her power to get our house sold for the best price. She went out of her way to help the buying agent and even had presence of mind to schedule a walkthrough to ensure our investment was safe after we moved to another state. Our sale was complicated but she never faltered. If you need a strong, hard working realtor, Jodie is the realtor for you!! She is amazing!!
