Jodie Sandman

Jodie treats each customer as if they are her own family. Buying and selling real estate can be a stressful process. She is a strong communicator and do everything she can to alleviate uncertainty and stress. She has been in sales for over 20 years including 13 years with Coldwell Banker. She feels privileged when buyers and sellers choose to work with her. The home-buying and selling process is a monumental moment in in every person's life and she tries to treat each transaction with integrity and passion. Jodie believes in the importance of customer service, follow up and strong negotiation skills. She currently owns a multi-family investment property and a single-family residence. She considers herself knowledgeable in multi-family homes, residential rental properties, and single-family homes. After graduating from Villanova University, she worked in medical and technology sales prior to joining Coldwell Banker in 2005. Jodie is married and a proud mom of three kids, Ella, Lilly, and Andrew. She is very active in the community of Mountain Lakes and in particular Wildwood School where she lives, and her children attend school. In her free time, she loves to go to the beach, travel, garden and enjoy time with her family.
