Jody is a true native of Carteret County, having been born at Carteret General Hospital. He has spent his formative years as a resident of "the island" and is well-acquainted with all aspects of life on the water of the Crystal Coast.

Eventually in 2006 he decided to apply all his acquired customer service skills to a profession in the real estate industry. Jody is a talented and resolute agent, specializing in first time homebuyers, military buyers, and vacation/second home markets. He is knowledgeable about all of Carteret and Onslow Counties, including the communities of Morehead City, Emerald Isle, Swansboro, and Jacksonville.
