After 8 household moves, we've dealt with our fair share of realtors. Jody was, by far, the best! We were out of state owners, hadn't seen the property for about 5 years, were emotionally attached, etc. Jody handled it all like a champ. It was definitely not the easiest undertaking. The house needed some work done and was in worse shape than we knew. Jody took the lead, gathered all the work bids, managed the work that was done, communicated with us promptly and assisted with payments. She went above and beyond, to say the least. She is, hands down, the best realtor we have worked with. You won't be disappointed.

Jody was hired by my late mother’s attorney to sell my moms home. She was very upbeat (the positivity was so much appreciated as it was an emotional chapter. Having to sell my moms house after she died). Jody was extremely responsive throughout the process. She helped direct us to a handyman, gardener and she staged my moms house beautifully to get it ready to list. We received two offers quickly and accepted an offer at asking price for the sale of my moms house.

Jody was my agent in purchasing a Seattle property. This transaction was quite difficult and hostile at times as a lot of personalities are involved. Jody helped guide me through the process and was on top of everything and followed through on all issues. I couldn't have got through it without her! She is excellent and easily the best agent I have worked with!
