We're so happy we stumbled upon Jody while we were touring neighborhoods last fall... We felt at ease with him right away, and knew he would be honest, and looking out for our best interests in this crazy market. He represented us with our builder, and was instrumental in working with the title company and mortgage broker to ensure we got our close completed in a timely manner to not disrupt all of the other dominoes we had scheduled. From the very beginning Jody has been there for us .
Providing guidance on how would be the best on searching for the home we needed as well as the fact that he represented us in the sale of our home .
Jody has been a profesional and friendly support through the wile process .
From the signage of the contract to build a new home to the days that were rough for us .
He would always reassure us everything will be ok, even if it did not feel like it .
He was involved making sure that our well being and our experience was a good one .
Helped us look for contractors to fix little things in our home to make our sale go smoothly . So smoothly that the house was in contract before the pictures hit the internet !

Jody was awesome and really went above and beyond for our family. We moved to Columbia and met Jody about 6 months before we even started the buying process. He periodically checked in with us during that time and we knew exactly who to call when we were ready to buy a home in the area. He took the time to show us a variety of homes all over the area and to help us understand the Columbia real estate market. We found an awesome home that was better than we thought we could find within our budget. Jody worked tirelessly to negotiate a contract (in a sellers market nonetheless) and was in constant contact with us, the seller, and the lender and helped facilitate a smooth closing process. We would absolutely recommend Jody to friends and family and will definitely give him a call if we need an agent in the future.
