Jody Josephs

Jody Josephs is a real estate agent with Paragon Real Estate Group. They look at real estate as a way of life, not just a job, and enthusiastically help buyers, sellers, and people relocating to the greater Green Bay area. Their highest compliments come because of their ethical practice, along with their commitment to honesty and integrity. 95% of their business comes from referrals of past clients.

Jody and her team have always been passionate about real estate. They love watching the Sunday open houses, the new construction Showcase of Homes, and just real estate in general. Part of this passion was born out of moving every couple of years, remodeling some of the homes they lived in, and then in 1990 building their very first house - a trend which they continued every two years. In 2003 Jody's mom encouraged her to get her REALTOR license, and Mike joined her after getting his a few years later. In 2016 Jody took her education in real estate to the higher level by obtaining her Brokers license. This, in turn, led to thoughts of owning their own company, so in January of 2017 they established "Paragon Real Estate Group."

Jody and her team also love the Green Bay area, and couldn't think of a better place to establish their business. They were both raised here, and they raised their three children here. Their passion and familiarity with these communities helps provide them with their in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and trends, which translates into greater opportunities for their clients.
