Jody’s journey in real estate began in 2005 as a new licensee. Seeking a career and company that would allow her to build not only financial health but also build people, Jody discovered that the EXIT System was the perfect fit. The quality one-on-one teaching and guidance that she received from EXIT in those very early, informative years as a “rookie sales agent” proved to be priceless. Jody spent years deepening her knowledge of real estate law, practice and representation. Always focused on helping people reach their goals, Jody went on to expand her role in the industry to mentoring new and existing licensees as Director of Training and Communications at EXIT Allstar Realty in Mobile, AL. Through her leadership and commitment to building solid relationships, EXIT Allstar’s community outreach continues to flourish in both Mobile and Baldwin County, AL. Having become an integral part of management and operations at EXIT Allstar, Jody embraced the opportunity in 2017 to spearhead the expansion of Allstar’s presence in the Baldwin County Marketplace. As Qualifying Broker of EXIT Allstar Gulf Coast Realty, she continues to serve and support the most valuable asset of any real estate company – the agent!
Jody and her husband, Jeff, have called Baldwin County home since 1998. Raising their three children on Alabama's Gulf Coast has been a blessing. From Friday Night Lights to turtle watching on the beach and backyard BBQ's, you can often find the Marsh Family outdoors creating new memories together.
