Jody Parrish

With over 25 years of experience in real estate, I’ve built my business around one simple idea: taking great care of people. Since being named Rookie of the Year in 1999, I’ve had the privilege of helping hundreds of clients and customers navigate one of the most important decisions of their lives.

Over the years, I’ve been honored with several industry recognitions, including President’s Club level production for more than 15 years, ranking in the top 3% of agents nationwide, and being named #8 in selling units out of over 41,000 agents. I was also recognized by The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends as one of the Top 1,000 Agents in the United States. In addition to serving buyers and sellers, I’m a licensed real estate broker and instructor, teaching both pre-license and continuing education classes to help develop the next generation of Realtors.

Today, I’m proud to work alongside Ashley Davis (my daughter) and Steve Parrish (my husband) and together we make up The Parrish Team, combining our strengths to provide an even higher level of service to our clients. Ashley brings energy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to making every transaction smooth and stress-free. Steve adds valuable experience and support behind the scenes to help ensure every deal stays on track. Together, we focus on clear communication, smart strategy, and strong negotiation to help our clients achieve the best possible results.
