Jody Skapyak

Originally from Minnesota, Jody relocated to Sarasota County in 1998 and has had her real estate license in 2004. She has her Certified New Home Specialist (CNHS) and Residential Construction Certified (RCC) Designations and is a RE/MAX award winning agent and a Five Star Agent Award recipient. As an experienced professional she and her team of professionals provide personal care and concern for their clients, market knowledge, communication, negotiation and follow up. Her daughter and teammate Amber graduated from USF in Tampa, FL with a Business and Marketing degree. She is excellent in working with first time home buyers and creatively marketing listings with the latest technologies.
