Jody Vineyard

Knowledgeable about most areas of Cincinnati from current and prior work experiences. Loveland and the northeastern portion of Cincinnati are areas of expertise because of her daily travels through these communities. She has a 23-year-old son who attends the University of Cincinnati. She likes to travel, take ballroom dancing classes, and be involved in church related events. She has a lot of family and friends in Cincinnati to enjoy.

Prior to her real estate career, she was the manager of the Hickory Wood Golf Course Clubhouse for 16 years. The management and personal skills that she developed during those years has helped me tremendously with her real estate career. She has been a Real Estate Agent since 1989. She is a Certified Relocation Specialist and work with Cartus Network and numerous other relocation companies. One of her specialties is aiding sellers in getting their home market-ready through home-enhancement and staging design. She is an excellent photographer she utilizes a network of professional vendors which she has formed over the years, and she now calls them part of my team!
