Joe Bixby

Licensed in 1998 by the Texas Real Estate Commission. Joe is a current member of MetroTex Association of Realtors, Texas Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Earning his Broker's license in 2007, Joe started Bixby & Associates, Inc. He then built a team of brokers representing both Buyers and Sellers in north Texas. Soon after, he transitioned Bixby & Associates, Inc. to Bixby Commercial, representing and consulting local and national investment and development groups. Joe's experience consists of exclusive tenant representation and investment properties, which include multifamily projects, office parks and storage facilities. With a special focus on selling and leasing light & heavy industrial warehouse facilities and land speculation. Emphasizing on assisting clients with financial analysis and statistics to get the highest and best returns on their commercial real estate investments. In 2006 Joe was recognized and published in D Magazine as “Best Real Estate Agents In Dallas.” Joe is married with three children and two grandkids. When not working he enjoys spending time on his boat and deep-sea fishing with friends and family.
