About Joe
After thirty years in the financial services industry - holding senior positions at such firms as Chase, Institutional Investor, Nikko Capital Management, Mutual of America and Amalgamated Bank - Joe turned to his life-long inerest in real estate and launched Garden Heights Property Management (GHPM) to serve the needs of unique small co-op’s.
Joe holds an MS in Business Policy from Columbia University and did undergraduate work at Pace. His affiliations include formerly holding Series 6, 26 and 63 licenses, being a member of the National Association of Realtors and Long Island Board of Realtors. Joe was a board member and Treasurer of his Forest Hills cooperative, providing him with a deep knowledge of how tenant-owned buildings operate. Joe's financial background and attention to detail serve him well in helping his clients achieve their financial objectives.
