I met Maria a few years ago and was impressed by her. My condominium fell outside of several parameters that Banks require for mortgages. Most agents aren't familiar with the loans required on these types of properties and Maria wasn't either. Maria saw this as a challenge.
She met with several different lenders and educated herself on the types of loan required. I asked her several times to discount the property to make it easier to sell. She didn't feel it was necessary. She wanted to get me a better price even though it was more difficult. I bought the property after it sat for a year, was listed cash only, and was drastically discounted. Maria sold the property for market value in a short time.

If you are looking to buy a place, give Lisa the opportunity to work with you! She’s very attentive and truly has your back to find you first home or your forever home! I have a friend that took him six months to find a house he liked, while my husband and I were able to find our home, that we fell in love with, in three weeks! Lisa is very knowledgeable and she’s super fun to talk to. She will guide you and she will be there every step of the way. We looked at 5-7 houses every time we met with her and she’ll ask what were our thoughts and if it’s something we want. Mind you, we were very open with the location and we went from southeast to northeast. She is not pushy, so just enjoy the experience of shopping with Lisa! If you have questions late at night, she’ll respond immediately any day of the week and not just between 9am to 5pm monday thru friday. I hope this message helps you give Lisa and her team a chance.

I had thought about selling my duplex for a while, but did not live in the area, I live in Spokane and have two properties in the area and very familiar with it. Met Ivan at an open house and decided time to sell and not deal with the tenants anymore. I didn't think escrow would close so soon. Joe managed to sell it with the tenants still in so did not have to deal with it. At the end of the day would have liked to get more money but the market is what it is for the condition it was. We signed with Joe at the beginning of December. He told we should get the house sold within a few weeks. It took a little longer, through no fault of his! And we finally sold today! The sale stalled because of the buyers but Joe was in constant contact with their agent to push things forward, working his negotiating magic all the way. Habib was nothing short of amazing when it came to helping me find my townhouse. I called him on a Tuesday in desperate need to find a place and move as soon as possible and by Tuesday afternoon he set appointments for that very next day to go view some potential places he thought I would like. He was very thorough with making sure he listened to all my wants and needs in a new home and when he took me to view the listing he had for me he literally hit the mark on all of the things I asked him to find for me...needless to say, he didn't make my decision in picking a place easy at all because he literally found everything I wanted in each of the listing he took me to! To make things even better, he stayed in my price range, and even managed to find a few places under budget as well! Being a first time buyer, I wasn't so knowledgeable on how the process worked, but Habib was so patient in repeating things to me and going over everything as many times as I needed before I came to my final decision on which townhome to purchase. What made me most comfortable with Habib was that he wasn't making me feel rushed just so he can make a sale, he truly took his time to get to know what I wanted and looked for in a dream home and then did his due diligence to find me that exact thing! I am SO HAPPY with my decision on the perfect townhome I purchased, I truly look forward to my days off at home relaxing and entertaining my friends and family! I will definitely be calling him in the future when I am ready to upgrade to a bigger home!
