Joe Deulloa

Joe has been investing in real estate for over twenty years and has experience investing in single family, residential income, small office and retail properties. Areas of concentration include Davis, Downtown Sacramento, Midtown, East Sacramento, and Land Park. In addition to sales, Joe also specializes in property management of Davis properties.

Joe's community service includes volunteering as Executive Director for a women's shelter in 2009 when government funding was slashed. In recognition, Joe received the Brimley award for community service. Joe enjoys traveling with his family and taking long walks on the North Davis greenbelt.
