Five stars aren't enough to give Joe; try 50, maybe 500! Joe does what he says when he says it. He knows the SW Florida real estate market inside and out. Regardless whether you are buying or selling, he tells you what you need to know, not what you want to hear. He is by far the most professional realtor I have ever worked with. When we decided to relocate to the Naples area, we chose Engel & Volkers as our real estate broker. Joe Epifanio, the owner, turned out to be an excellent choice.
We first started looking at homes with Ally Epifanio, Joe's wife, who was very professional and a pleasure to work with. After looking for a few months, we then realized we would prefer to split our time and buy a condo instead. Ally immediately switched gears and started sending listings. She was not available when we returned in October so she set us up with Matt Dominy who was also very capable and made us feel at ease. All of our appointments were set up before we arrived but a new listing came up and Matt immediately switched it to the first showing. As soon as we walked in, we knew this was what we wanted. Matt contacted Joe who put in our offer and convinced the owner to accept it by the end of the day! Were were able to close quickly and had the keys in our hands in 10 days!
I would not hesitate to recommend Joe Epifanio for his expertise and also his staff for their professionalism and ability to make everything go smoothly. Job well done!!!
