We bought a house in Pataskala a few months ago. Both Joe and Patty were very helpful and kind. We were moving from out of state and they helped us tremendously. There was a hiccup with our lender and Joe got on the phone himself and helped take care of it. They went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Joe and Patty listened to my needs and wants. Worked very hard to find homes that met my requirements; was able to find a great condo which met my needs within a single day. They did the work and research presented me with only well researched options. On the sell side of my home Joe coached and counseled me on what was needed to sell my house quickly. I was able to sell my property within 15 days at a price very close to my original asking price. Great job

When working with The Joe and Patty Evans realty team you may be working with one agent but you truly get thier collective expertise.

Our first meeting seeing our home Joe and Nick took a tour and gave us a list of touch ups to make our home more desirable. The next step they took incredible photos and videos. Then we sat back as they worked hard marketing our home. Their methods get results, the first open house we had several offers. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Buying our next home was a breeze with this team. When facing any complications their advice was invaluable. If we needed anything they were a phone call away and were very reasonsive with honest and sound directions. The whole team went above and beyond for us when scheduling things around unforseen difficulties. Saying our expectations in a realtor were exceeded is an understatement.

Joe and Patty's team is hands down the best realty experience I've had. They were given an extraordinary request of selling my house with in 3 weeks. I had listed my house before and only had 4 people show up for 8 open houses and with a family of 8 total its extremely nerve racking to get the house ready for showings. After following their advice I was able to sell it on the first open house where others had failed to sell giving them 6 months! Look. O further, this is the team of realty you want/need!

We just sold our second home with Joe & Patty Evans and purchased the third. Their caring, compassionate demeanor makes all the difference during a stressful time. Their knowledge and professionalism makes all the difference when there are weird or unusual questions or issues that arise during the process - and I can tell you after doing this so many times there are always weird things that happen! Their marketing planning and communication was clear and transparent and we always knew what to expect. They also have great relationships with other realtors in town so we knew what was happening with showings and feedback. We cannot recommend Joe & Patty enough. They have the best team in town.

They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted in the home selling and buying process. They were always considerate of our opinions but were sure to refine the final outcome to ensure the best possible product. They coached us through the challenges of selling a house in quarantine - which we did, almost immediately. We felt so supported throughout the process. Joe and Patty have now become more than realtors; we also consider them our friends. You would be doing yourself a disservice by choosing anyone but Joe and Patty Evans.
