Why does Joe get five stars? Read on… Joe was recommended by a family member which was my starting point. I expect good service and real estate expertise, but overall, Joe exceeded my expectations. The selling of our home was done in a professional manner starting with photos and a “virtual tour” created by a professional photographer. The photos were part of the marketing plan Joe discussed with us before we hired him to sell our home.

Joe gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for showing to prospective buyers. After just one weekend of showing we received multiple offers and counter offers at the high end of the current market value as predicted by Joe.

Selling a home can be and is stressful. Joe was readily available to answer questions and explain the process in layman’s terms if necessary. Joe handled the negotiations very well resulting in satisfaction by the buyer and us. In short, Joe knows the real estate business, works very professionally and values his clients.
