My wife and I were looking to replace the real estate agent we were working with for a little over one year, we were lucky enough to come across Joe’s profile and great reviews on Keller Williams website, and other real estate websites, I decided to call him to make an appointment to meet in order to see if he would be the right fit for us, after meeting Joe, he gave me a great first impression and my wife and I knew immediately that he would be an agent we could work with to help us in search for a home to purchase, that decision proved to be a great decision that we made, Joe turned out to be one of the most professional, competent and most passionate real estate agent I have ever had the pleasure to work with, I purchased properties on the East Coast and now San Diego, Joe has earned my respect with his professionalism and competence in his knowledge of the real estate market, he’s attentive, always caring and respectful of our opinion and or concerns relating to any doubts we would have about a specific property, Joe never tried to pressure us in any way into a purchase that my wife and I were not 100% sure about. After being highly recommended by a good friend, we gave Joe a call. From the day we met until the day we closed on our home (today) he was there every step of the way. He was always available to answer our calls, explain things we didn’t understand, and give his professional advice. My wife and I were very excited to buy our first home. We found a place that checked a lot of boxes and ended up going into escrow, later to find out the hoa was unbelievably underfunded. Why does Joe get five stars? Read on… Joe was recommended by a family member which was my starting point. I expect good service and real estate expertise, but overall, Joe exceeded my expectations. The selling of our home was done in a professional manner starting with photos and a “virtual tour” created by a professional photographer. The photos were part of the marketing plan Joe discussed with us before we hired him to sell our home.

Joe gave us excellent advice on preparing our home for showing to prospective buyers. After just one weekend of showing we received multiple offers and counter offers at the high end of the current market value as predicted by Joe.

Selling a home can be and is stressful. Joe was readily available to answer questions and explain the process in layman’s terms if necessary. Joe handled the negotiations very well resulting in satisfaction by the buyer and us. In short, Joe knows the real estate business, works very professionally and values his clients.
