My roommate & I explained to Joe in detail what we were looking for as regards location, amenities, rent, move in date, etc. There were some flexible items and some firm ones.
Joe Farzetta listened, did numerous searches until he found listings that he was confident would be of interest to. After a couple of weeks I mentioned to my roommate that we might have to revisit our "wish list" of amenities & determine which ones we would be willig to compromise. Coincidentally, Joe called the next morning to touch base & let us know he had not forgotten us. We assured him that we knew the issue was probably our "wish list" and that we had a revised list of which amenities we were holiding firm & wich ones we were willing to compromise. Within the next couple of days Joe had 3 or 4 listings for us to review & think about.. One of these listings is the condo we will be callng home.
My roommate & i are very lucky to have Joe as our realtor and we are very grateful to Joe for all the services he provides.
The bottom line is Joe Farzetta was a pleasure to work with and made this process of looking fo a new home an enjoyable, fun experiene.

My wife and I can't thank Joe enough for the tremendous job he did in helping us find a new home and in helping us sell our existing home.

After 36 years in our home it was a difficult decision to move and Joe was very patient with us as we searched for a new home that would live up to what we had been accustomed to and meet our needs going forward. He was great about finding and getting us into properties as soon as they came on the market (which was particularly important and equally difficult during the height of Covid-19). He also did a great job identifying the pluses and minuses of the different properties to make sure we weren't overlooking key factors in making our decision.

When it came to selling our existing home, Joe did his homework on the area and gave us a very realistic assessment of what we could expect in terms of offers, so we could price it right and move it quickly - which was a key goal. With multiple offers, It sold for over the asking price after just 1 day on the market.

Throughout both the buying and selling process, Joe was professional and extraordinarily responsive in getting us answers to all our questions. His help in find contractors (e.g., painters, plumbers, electricians) was also invaluable in helping us get our new home ready to move into and touching up our old home to maximize its marketability.

Joe is very professional, responsive and, especially, proactive. He gets things done and follows up when others don't complete their tasks. He is personable and has a great sense of humor. In this market I looked for a home for 6 months. Joe is extremely patient. I finally found the house for me and Joe was there every step of the way.
