To say that his monthly market reports were impressive could only be surpassed by meeting him in person. He listened and he was responsive to my calls. He came prepared, was professional, goes the extra mile for his clients and had great communication skills. He is a kind and gentle man complete with funny stories. Having known Joe for years, it was a "no-brainer" for us when it came time to sell our home. Joe sat down with us and explained the whole process from beginning to close. He told us it was like a dance. Then he told us something pleasantly shocking: That our home was worth more than Zillow was telling us. We listed through him and were under contract within 48 hours at a price $20,000 more than we originally thought. Whenever we had a question, Joe always answered his phone.
