Joe is a warm, compassionate person who took the time and displayed lots of patience in helping me secure a home for my parents and latter reselling their condo when it became necessary for them to move into an assisted living situation. We spent many hours hitting the pavement looking at potential homes, Joe was respectful of our needs and price range. We liked working with Joe because he wasn't pushy, nor selling us a line. I felt he had excellent knowledge and perspective of the area we were looking in, he was realistic with respect to our needs. When we needed to sell the condo and were not able to be present, Joe handled all the details to prep the condo for sale to our prospective buyer, which included purchasing and installing a new dishwasher. He made the process of purchase and selling extemely easy for us. We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home in the Venice area. Rennie Timm

We met Joe Hayden winter of 2010. We immediately became friends, he is so personable and professional. He's interested in knowing our wants and searched dilligently to find properties meeting our needs. We wanted to purchase a foreclosure condo on Venice Island so we would be close to the gulf and also the quaint downtown area. We told him what we wanted to spend and he kept our showings within our price range - not trying to force us higher like many other realtors do. The property we decided on was not yet in foreclosure but was scheduled to go into foreclosure after we returned home. Joe kept us in touch with what was happening with the property and notified us immediately so we could put in a bid. He and the listing agent agreed our bid was a good one, however the bank rejected it. Joe kept track of all the showings and after 30 days suggested we put the same offer in since there was no interest in the condo. We followed his advice and our offer was accepted. To keep us from having to travel for the closing everything was handled very effeciently by wiring the down payment and finally the amount due at closing. There were no hidden costs, because of Joe, everything was handled by FedEx mail and promptly. Joe is No. 1 realtor in our book and we will recommend him to other snowbirds we meet when we retreat this winter to our new home... Thanks Joe for an excellant job.
