Joe Kiefer joined Hahn Realty Corp. as a general partner in September 2008. In 2014, Joe became the sole owner of Hahn Realty and renamed Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services. Joe has grown the business into the premier commercial real estate brokerage firm in the Evansville MSA market. With 18 agents and employees, the firm handles typical brokerage work along with property and facility management.
Joe has worked as both a developer and a broker. His representation has included numerous investment properties, retail, industrial, medical, multi-family, agricultural, recreational, and general office projects. He represents Tenants, Landlords and Buyers, and Sellers.
Joe has twice been a recipient as Indiana Retail Top Performer by ICREX and recognized for leading Hahn Kiefer Real Estate Services as Small Business of the Year by the Chamber of Commerce.
Joe holds a B.S. degree in Construction Management and Technology from Indiana State University, a Master's in Arts & Liberal Studies from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Master's in Public Administration from Indiana State University. In addition, Joe is active in leadership roles in his community, serving numerous civic and charity boards. Joe has over 20 years of public service as an elected official serving currently on a county council.
Joe serves on numerous voluntary boards and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, a candidate of CCIM, member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors, SW Indiana Board of Realtors, Greater Owensboro Realtor Association, Kentucky Real Estate Exchange, and the Indiana Commercial Real Estate Exchange.
