Joe Manzanares

Joe is a seasoned Real Estate professional with 30 years of experience working in the Denver-Metro area. Over the course of his career, Joe has helped broker the sale of thousands of residential and commercial properties. The bulk of Joe’s career has been spent as a top producing agent with Remax Southeast.

In 2014, Joe took the leap to become the Broker Owner of The Devonshire Company. The Devonshire Company has allowed Joe to broaden the scope of his expertise to include commercial development, real property specific litigations, and mentorship.

Joe is specialized in the following: creating and discerning contracts for the sale of real property, estimating market value, real estate financing, real estate taxation, investment, title, ownership, encumbrance, real estate specific risk management, closing, and all fiduciary duties associated under his license. Joe also gained experience with mortgage lending as the owner of Infinity Mortgage Company for four years.
