Joe and Taylor McAvoy assisted us with the short sale of our property in Hampton, VA. We don't currently live in VA and thought selling this property was going to be a huge hassle. They quickly calmed our nerves and went above and beyond what we ever expected from day 1! They provided us with information on how to get our non-paying renters out and suggested affordable contractors and cleaners to maintain the property.
