Joe McCourt

Joe is a full-time Realtor who is originally from Buffalo NY. He moved to Charlotte in 2006 and worked at receiving his Real Estate license. He currently resides in South Charlotte where he focuses most of his business. Joe is licensed in both NC and SC.

Joe's charity is St Jude Children's Research Hospital, and he is an ambassador for the organization along with being on the Walk/Run committee for the Charlotte event. He also hosts a St Jude charity event every summer to raise money to help end childhood cancer. He chose this charity because he thankfully has two healthy children but has friends whose children have suffered or are currently fighting cancer.

Joe focuses his business on the residential side of real estate in the cities of Waxhaw, Matthews, Wesley Chapel, Ballantyne, Fort Mill, and Indian Land. Joe has specialized training in the luxury real estate market and has recently received the coveted LUXE Luxury designation.

Joe can also be seen singing and acting in musicals and at local restaurants and bars around the Charlotte area.
