I wish I could give more stars. Joe McLaughlin is by far the nicest, most hard working and reliable realtor I’ve worked with.
Today we just closed the fourth escrow I’ve been a part of with him - this time as the Executor of a family member’s estate. This was tough since I live in Sacramento now and the home was in San Diego county, but having worked with Joe before I knew he was the guy to help out my family.
Truly, he went above and beyond and I couldn’t have managed the sale from 500 miles away without his expertise and no-stress way of operating. When I was getting ready to freak out because of setbacks or other issues (trying to sell a 40 year old home), Joe’s easy-going manner and problem solving skills always came through. His experience means he has a wealth of resources and contacts, so when we needed something (new paint! New flooring! New toilets!) he “knew a guy” who could get the job done well, quickly and economically. He really became the on-site manager of this project and I’ll be forever grateful.
If you’re thinking of buying or selling your home, save yourself time and headaches - choose Joe!
