Some of Joe interest include camping, vacationing, and spending his free time with his wife and 6 children. Joe grew up outside of the Pittsburgh area, graduated high school and attended college and then decided to enlist into the U.S. Coast Guard. He performed 30 service and currently is currently retired from the Coast Guard.
