Joe Pasquesi

In 2021, after 20 years in real estate, Joe took the Sales Manager position for Compass managing the Glencoe, Highland Park and Lake Forest offices. Joe leads his office with a hands-on approach. He genuinely wants the agents to succeed, offering support at every step. As someone who had a productive career as an agent, Joe believes strongly in ongoing professional development, growth and success.

His real estate career began in 2002 when, along with his brother Mark, Joe co-founded a boutique real estate brokerage firm in Chicago. After seven successful years they sold the business to Prudential Rubloff in 2009 (which eventually became Berkshire Hathaway Home Services – Chicago) where Joe went on to establish himself as a top producing agent in the Chicago area.
