Joe Pheffer

Mr. Pheffer began his real estate career in 1979 in Marin County while a student at Golden Gate University; (BA Pre-Legal Studies, 1980). He has successfully transacted in excess of 550 real property transactions since 1986, in some cases representing as many as three generations of a single family.

In April 2010 Mr. Pheffer earned the exclusive CCIM* (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, demonstrating his exceptional knowledge and particular expertise in the commercial disciplines. However, Mr. Pheffer enjoys equal satisfaction from assisting a first time home buyer or a retiree on fixed income as he does working with his seasoned investor clients.

Mr. Pheffer worked for a variety of real estate companies including the Prudential California Realty Affiliates and RE/MAX spanning the first 27 years of his real estate career. In 2008, Mr. Pheffer became an independent broker. He branded Solid Properties in 2010 to best reflect his core values and Standards of Practice.
