I specialize in luxury property sales, probate and trust sales, senior transitioning, and first-time home buyers. As an agent who deals with a high volume of transactions, I was inspired to design an infrastructure that efficiently handles high volumes of listings and sales. Because of my commitment to my clients, I am constantly striving to improve myself. I attribute my success not only to my passion for real estate but also to my understanding and in-depth study of human psychology.
Drawing on the Japanese business ideology of Kaizen, which translates to “continuous improvement,” I have dedicated myself to mastering real estate and acting as an expert professional resource for everyone I serve and on my team. My No.1 focus both personally and professionally, is to excel. To that end, I regularly read books and attend seminars centered on the topics of real estate, marketing, and negotiation to improve my efficiency and bring more value to clients.
As a Bay Area native, I have an intimate understanding of its neighborhoods and go above and beyond to help my clients settle in. I'm a huge fan of eating out and am always enthusiastic about giving recommendations for local restaurants. My passion for real estate and providing a professional and holistic approach to each transaction spills over onto my off-time hobbies, which include fitness and travel. I also love spending time with my family and friends, exploring all of California on our short staycations, and more!
