Joe is a native of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and currently resides in Lewes, Delaware. Joe started his career as a real estate agent, and in 1991 founded RE/MAX Realty Group in Rehoboth Beach, DE where he grew the company to over 70 agents and in excess of $400,000,000 in annual sales. He sold the RE/MAX business in 2003 in order to focus on his passion for real estate development.
