About Joe

Joe is a native of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware and currently resides in Lewes, Delaware. He is a true ‘local’ who was born at Beebe Hospital, attended Cape Henlopen High School, and graduated with honors from the University of Delaware with a B.S in Accounting. Joe started his career as a real estate agent, and in 1991 founded RE/MAX Realty Group in Rehoboth Beach, DE where he grew the company to over 70 agents and in excess of $400,000,000 in annual sales. He sold the RE/MAX business in 2003 in order to focus on his passion for real estate development. He has developed dozens of residential communities and over one million square feet of commercial real estate. Joe served two-terms as a board member of the Rehoboth Beach-Dewey Beach Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as a director at County Bank.
