Joe Rosen

A local native of CDA and a Carpenter by trade with over 30 years of experience in developing, buying & selling both Residential and Commercial Real Estate, sales and leasing. Joe has a lifetime of exploration in the Northwest providing the advantage and the knowledge of directing clients to the area that best suits their needs. Joe has been recognized by his peers as “Rookie of the Year” as a first-year licensed real estate agent, including recognition for his civic and charitable contributions. Joe is also an active member of the North Idaho Builders Association with emphasis on giving back to the community that supports his business.
