Joe Rummell

Joe Rummell specializes in a full-service approach to residential real estate. His extensive knowledge and interest in the Atlanta area market provide him with the skills to deliver sound pricing strategies and create marketing plans that help his client’s homes stand out from the crowd.

Prior to joining Ansley Real Estate, Joe acquired valuable experience overseeing a personal fitness franchise in Roswell, Georgia for 25 years. While there, he executed successful management and marketing strategies to establish long-lasting connections and further develop his understanding of the Atlanta real estate market.

A graduate of the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, Joe and his wife, Bridget, along with their three children, are active members in the North Fulton community. In his spare time, Joe enjoys exercise and fitness, as well as researching and brokering unique automobiles.

Joe’s primary focus is in North Fulton, including, but not limited to, the Alpharetta, Canton, Cumming, Duluth, Roswell, and Woodstock areas. Passionate about his work, he attributes his success to ambitious personal and professional expertise - "the secret to success is through giving."
