Joe was an absolute marvel for the sale of my home in Portland. To say it was a challenging sale and market is quite the understatement. My home was not the easiest property to sell due to some of the property features and I had moved out of State. Joe took on all of the details surrounding the sale, he booked all the trades, made every arrangement, and even came by weekly to water the plants. He made me feel like he was giving the same attention to this home as it was his own. He kept me entirely in the loop for every showing and al the feedback. Joe never sugar coated the feedback and was upfront on the challenges. But he kept showing and looking for the right buyer. Once he found them he moved quickly and closed the sale. Joe made me feel completely at ease and looked after and this was especially important being out of state. There was never a time I felt concerned about the home. I should also mention that Joe was my buying agent and applied thew exact same care and detail when it came to the purchase. If you're looking for an agent in Portland who will completely look after you and also knows and understands the uniqueness of the Portland market, look no further than Joe!
