Joe has over 30 yrs experience managing farming and ranching properties. He is a graduate of L.S.U. and pursued further studies at McNeese in the Paralegal field. In early 2008, Joe became an associate broker with a local firm. April of 2009 the Louisiana Realtors conferred the designation of Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) to Joe in recognition of completion of advanced educational requirements. May of 2009 Joe obtained the designation of e-PRO demonstrating his ongoing commitment to technology. In 2011 Joe opened Tupco Realty to better serve the needs of his clients. Joe in 2015 became a member of the Realtors Land Institute and completed extensive classwork in the land brokerage business.
