When my wife and I sold our home and bought another in 2015, the experience was refreshing…and fun! We worked with Premier Realty Exclusive, a boutique real estate company in St. Louis, and it’s owners Chris & Lisa Grus. Throughout the process, we experienced first hand their team goals and client service. We were surveyed on how we wanted the transaction and communications to be handled, were given expert consultation on how to stage our home to sell, and what expectations to have about our time on the market. The process unfolded very much as it was described and we couldn’t have been happier. Having been in sales for over 30 years, I could see myself working, successful and really enjoying a real estate career by following the same plan I has just experienced.
