Passionate. Personable. Patient. These are the three words I would use to describe Joe Waters. We recently purchased our first home and Joe’s help and expertise were invaluable to us. There was never a question that went unanswered, and when we needed something, Joe was there no matter the day or time. Without Joe I don't know if we would have survived the process of buying a home! From the very beginning Joe has been nothing but informative, supportive, and honest.
