Joe Woodle

Joe Woodle serves as an advisor for Sperry Van Ness/Tradd Commercial specializing in the sale of industrial properties and land tracts within the coastal region of Horry County, South Carolina. With 20 years of economic development experience, highlighting a 35 year professional career, Woodle has gained the trust and respect of the local business community as well as the state economic development community.

During his public career, Woodle served as the Development Coordinator for Horry County, and subsequently as the President and CEO for PARTNERS Economic Development Corporation. During his tenure, Joe assisted more than 160 companies with collective investments of more than 2.5 billion dollars in the Myrtle Beach MSA. Joe served as project manager for the development of the Loris Commerce Center Industrial Park and was instrumental in the development and management of the Cool Springs Business Park, Atlantic Center for Business & Industry and the Pine Ridge Industrial Park.

Woodle is a Certified Economic Developer, one of few in the state of South Carolina. In addition to his professional affiliations, Joe is actively involved in the surrounding communities. He is a former Chairman of the Conway Area Chamber of Commerce and as an avid sportsman has served as Chapter President of the National Wildlife Federation and founding member of the local Chapter of Wildlife Action.

Joe is a graduate of the University of South Carolina, holds a South Carolina real estate license and is a graduate of The Economic Development Institute of the University of Oklahoma.
