Joe Zylka serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Goldenrod Companies as well as Chief Executive Officer of Goldenrod Property Services, LLC, leading strategic initiatives and overseeing all aspects of the company's operations and growth. With over 25 years of operational expertise spanning various sectors, Joe has been directly involved in the acquisition, construction, and management of over 2,000 single-family properties, over 10,000 multi-family units and over 100 million square feet of commercial product. Throughout his professional tenure, Joe has established himself as a distinguished leader in commercial real estate, demonstrating exceptional operational acumen across diverse real estate portfolios. His expertise encompasses comprehensive property services, strategic administration, contract negotiation, financial oversight, and sophisticated stakeholder communications. He is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), where he serves on the Governing Council and is a credentialed Certified Property Manager (CPM) and an Accredited Management Organization (AMO) recipient. He is also active in the Rockwall School Board, Rockwall Helping Hands and North Texas Food Bank. Joe, his wife Krissy and their three daughters live in Rockwall, Texas.
