JoJo Carter’s goal as an Engel & Volkers Advisor is to be able to provide her clients with a higher level of service that has not previously been offered in the central Arkansas real estate market. She has a degree in interior design as well as a construction background. This allows her to offer many advantages to both her buyers and sellers. She assists sellers in everything from staging their homes to remodeling advice. When it comes to buyers she pays close attention to their needs, wants and personal tastes. This ensures she does not waste their time with homes in which they have no interest and we do not miss the perfect home! Her background also helps her to show buyers how to look past the current condition or floor plan of a home and see a home's true potential. She loves to travel! She really enjoys seeing new places, experiencing new cultures, and meeting new people. She also loves being outside! Arkansas is beautiful and the summer here is her favorite time of the year. Her family and I like to get away to the lake or river as often as our busy schedules will allow.
