I chose to work with Joel and his awesome team because he is top-rated and came highly recommended. I have been incredibly impressed with him every step of the way. He is a fantastic realtor who knows the ins and outs of the business and has his finger on the pulse. He fielded tons of questions from me and walked me through every step of the process with kindness and high-quality professionalism. I never once felt confused or rushed or dropped. He communicates efficiently and addressed all my needs. He even has a ton of great referrals in nearly every industry to help you settle in once the sale closes. He is more than just a realtor, and it’s obvious to anyone who has worked with Joel that he really cares about his clients and works hard for them. I recommend him 100%.

Joel went above and beyond to help us buy our first home. We knew nothing about the home buying process, and he guided us through it all with so much kindness and never any judgment for our many questions. It is no wonder that he came highly recommended to us from friends who have worked with him in the past. He was extremely accessible via text and call, no matter what day it was. He helped us find a home within 10 days and when it came time to put it in offer, his expertise and rapport with the selling agent made it possible for the sellers to choose us from the many offers they received. We truly believe we couldn't have gotten this dream first house without Joel's help. He has an incredible team, The Blumenfeld Group, that works with him to help keep everything in the escrow process on track. With his team, we felt less stressed and never missed a deadline (shout out to Paris).

If you don't yet have pre-approval for a mortgage loan, or you're wanting to work with someone to find the best option for you, then Joel can recommend the lender he works with. Between the lender and Joel, we never had to worry about delays from budgeting to pre-approval to placing an offer all the way to official loan approval. Also, he has great connections with inspectors, contractors, and more who have all come through for us!

We couldn't be happier with the entire home buying experience in San Diego. All thanks to Joel! And he is so thoughtful - he and Paris surprised us with a beautiful house warming gift basket so that we (and our dog!!) could celebrate becoming homeowners.

We will definitely reach out to him in the future regarding any buying/selling needs.

Joel and Paris made my home buying experience very easy and straightforward. As a new home buyer, I didn’t understand the process of purchasing a new home, but Joel walked me through each step and explained the process along the way. He was open to questions and very quick to respond. Joel helped me choose homes to tour in-person, set me up with an escrow company, and kept me on task to close on time. Working with Joel was a pleasure and I recommend him as a realtor.

Joel is prompt, professional, and in your corner. This was the 2nd time my wife and I leveraged Joel's expertise to secure our dream home. Joel helped to shed light on what to watch out for when making a home purchase, helped us understand the types of inspections that were most relevant to the type of home we wanted, and hustled on our behalf to turn our dream into a reality... Oh, and did I mentioned that once we had the deal done for the home we wanted to purchase, Joel then put our current home on the market and had it sold in less than 10 days for over-asking price! We are still amazed at how fast it all happened, and we feel so blessed to have had Joel representing us in both the buy and sell roles.

We had a terrific experience buying our first home with Joel.

His knowledge of the market and professionalism helped us negotiate a deal below asking at a time when most homes were going ~10% over asking.

When the first-time buyer anxiety got to us (and we had random questions at all times of the day) we'd text him and hear back within the hour - he was literally available 24/7. Joel also picked up the phone every single time we called him - which was a significantly better experience than the first agent we were working with.

We all got lucky and had an offer accepted within one week of working together. He walked us through the closing process patiently and answered all of our questions. Even though we only worked together for 4-weeks, it was abundantly clear to us that Joel knew what he was doing and had our best interests in mind. Unfortunately, that's not a characteristic that all realtors share.

We strongly recommend Joel Blumenfeld as your agent and look forward to working with him again in the future!

I can not say enough good things about Joel and his company. I have never sold a house and I was really scared to do this as a single woman. Joel walked me through the whole process and made it so easy for me. It was effortless and I never thought it could be such a pleasant and fun experience. He helped me with the necessary upgrades to make my house sell and sell quickly! We only showed my house for 2 or 3 days, got so many offers, and closed very quickly! Joel is the absolute best and if
