Joel Borgman

Joel grew up in New Canaan, Connecticut where delivering newspapers to the famous architect Phillip Johnson at his glass house inspired a life long appreciation for modern architecture and design. Joel moved to Atlanta in 1989 to to attend Emory University where he obtained a degree in Philosophy.

Joel has been investing, designing and selling real estate for 15 years within some of the most historically coded neighborhoods in Atlanta. He has worked with Neighborhood Planning Units, the Urban Design Commission and neighborhood associations to help bring forward good design to benefit the aesthetics of Intown Atlanta neighborhoods.

Joel decided to hang his hat with Weslee Knapp and Keller Knapp Realty because they have a deep commitment to the neighborhoods they service. He is excited for what the future of Intown Atlanta holds and looks forward to working with you to either buy, sell or design your next real estate investment.

When Joel isn’t working he’s coaching, traveling and laughing with his wife, nine-year-old rising sports star, seven-year-old actress and his two-year-old avid diplomat.
