Joel Bridges

Joel Bridges is a St. Petersburg Realtor, 3rd generation Floridian, proud papa to daughter, Hillary, son-in-law, Bo, and G-pa to Liam and Rian. Joel spent 22 years in the pressroom of a major Bay Area newspaper. Later while attending SPC, Joel started cleaning a commercial building downtown for extra money. That little part-time job turned into leasing everything from mobile homes, condos, homes, apartments and commercial space. Presently, Joel successfully finds properties for landlords, renters, buyers and sellers. His unique start with a blend of both residential and commercial real estate has proven valuable in meeting the wants and needs of his clients.
